Warning! Long Post! All images are from last night in about a 40 minute span. I had a very interesting experience, so I will start with the more ‘normal’ stuff!
I started out along this cool gravel road, out looking for some images.
I did come across this awesome barn, that was getting coated in gravel dust from a passing car while I was working on it a bit.
Just about 1/4 mile down the road, I thought this signage was fairly interesting. I liked how it was hidden amongst all the green.
I was close to the Elkhorn River, and where they “put in” for canoe and rafting trips. I could be wrong, but it looks like they are trying to take all the fun out of it!
Right next to the river was this absolutely incredible cottonwood tree, the thing was huge.
And now the ‘cool stuff’! Have you ever had a helicopter pilot yell at you while he is flying his copter? I have! This guy was a crop duster out in the Elkhorn River Valley.
I, of course, had to get closer. But evidently I was a little too close! He actually buzzed over the top of me, yelling at me to move so he could keep spraying. I don’t have him in full rage, but was able to snap this before I had to get out of there!
